How About Horse Property?

Hello,

Cool Tips
Pros of Buying a Property
  • Build equity – When you pay rent, you don't own anything. When you pay a mortgage, you increase your degree of ownership in your home with every payment. Also, you can borrow against your ownership (or equity) in the home to pay for major purchases and you can refinance your home at favorable rates to help fund major purchases.
  • Submit tax deductions – You can deduct mortgage interest as well as your property taxes. Uncle Sam doesn't give renters this bonus. Not only that, but if you meet certain requirements the IRS won't apply a "capital gains" tax on your profits from the sale of your home. In addition, those who work from home may be eligible to take deductions for their home office and portions of utilities.
  • Have creative control – You like dozens of pictures on the wall? Well, hammer away -- they are your walls now. Like the color mango? Go ahead and paint. Wish you had another room? Go ahead and add one.
  • Maintenance choices – If you own a home, you can decide how to approach maintenance, either doing it yourself or picking your own contractor. If you live in a rental, you are at the mercy of the landlord when repairs are made and how.
  • Pride of ownership – It might not make sense for everyone, but having a home you own is still the ultimate American Dream.

Cool Tips
The Many Many Uses of Dryer Sheet's (22 of them)

1.All this time you've just been putting Bounce in the dryer! It will chase ants away when you lay a sheet near them. It also repels mice.

2. Spread sheets around foundation areas, or in trailers, or cars that are sitting and it keeps mice from entering your vehicle.

3. It takes the odor out of books and photo albums that don't get opened too often.

4. It repels mosquitoes. Tie a sheet of Bounce through a belt loop when outdoors during mosquito season.

5. Eliminate static electricity from your television
(or computer) screen.

6. Since Bounce is designed to help eliminate static cling, wipe your television screen with a used sheet of Bounce to keep dust from resettling.

7. Dissolve soap s*** from shower doors. Clean with a sheet of Bounce.

8. To freshen the air in your home - Place an individual sheet of Bounce in a drawer or hang in the closet.
9. Put Bounce sheet in vacuum cleaner.
10. Prevent thread from tangling. Run a threaded needle through a sheet of Bounce before beginning to sew.
11. Prevent musty suitcases. Place an individual sheet of Bounce inside empty luggage before storing.
12. To freshen the air in your car - Place a sheet of Bounce under the front seat.
13. Clean baked-on foods from a cooking pan. Put a sheet in a pan, fill with water, let sit overnight, and sponge clean. The anti-static agent apparently weakens the bond between the food and the pan.
14. Eliminate odors in wastebaskets. Place a sheet of Bounce at the bottom of the wastebasket.
15. Collect cat hair. Rubbing the area with a sheet of Bounce will magnetically attract all the loose hairs.
16. Eliminate static electricity from Venetian blinds. Wipe the blinds with a sheet of Bounce to prevent dust from resettling.
17. Wipe up sawdust from drilling or sand papering. A used sheet of Bounce will collect sawdust like a tack cloth.
18. Eliminate odors in dirty laundry. Place an individual sheet of Bounce at the bottom of a laundry bag or hamper.
19. Deodorize shoes or sneakers. Place a sheet of Bounce in your shoes or sneakers overnight.
20. Golfers put a Bounce sheet in their back pocket to keep the bees away.
21. Put a Bounce sheet in your sleeping bag and tent before folding and storing them. It will keep them smelling fresh.
22. Quick, bounce this on within the next 5 minutes! Nothing will happen if you don't, but your friends will be glad to hear these hints!

Tips on Using Email for Marketing

Hi,

Last night I finished watching the last of 52 episodes of the series 'Mad Men' on netflix, and the feeling is bitter sweet. The gang at the agency will be missed.
"A drama about one of New York's most prestigious ad agencies at the beginning of the 1960s, focusing on one of the firm's most mysterious but extremely talented ad executives, Donald Draper."-IMDb
I highly recommend this show. It is awesome!

Obama's HARP 2.0 May Be the Answer for You

Hello,

I spent the last 2 days hanging out with my 2 year old daughter and we had the best time. Gilroy Gardens has a little water park and we sure do love playing in the water. I think we will go to the beach next time...she sure does love the ocean.

Cool Tips
  1. Get an AP for your smart phone like audible.com, that's the one I use, and subscribe to it.
  2. Figure out 3 to 5 of your passion and/or career objectives
  3. Find these subjects on audible.com, or such, pick one, and listen to it whenever you can
  4. Get a new download at least once a month-(the first download will lead to your next)
  5. You're intelligence and proficiency will dramatically increase
  6. My first recommendation for anyone is 'Think and Grow Rich', this book is for anybody who wants to realize their dreams, and learn another way of knowing. Make your own decision.
